Welcome to AJ Brow Studio, a small business in Traralgon specialising in brows and Korean lash lift services.

With a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and continued education, you can expect a relaxed experience with results that still feel like you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:
• Check your date, time + booked service/s carefully.
• Service changes require 24+ hours' notice.
• Downgrading/removing a service within 24 hours or at your appointment = original booked price is still payable.
• Extra services cannot be added unless appointment time allows.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Complete your consultation form before arriving. Please contact AJ Brow Studio if you do not receive this.
• An SMS + email reminder is sent approximately 48 hours before your appointment.
• Reminders are a courtesy. You are responsible for remembering your appointment.
• Provide complete + accurate health, medication, allergy, sensitivity + treatment information.

LOCATION + PARKING
186 Argyle Street, Traralgon (inside Confidence Lashes)
• Park in the service lane/street parking only.
• Do not park onsite — staff parking only.
• On arrival, take a seat in the waiting area + text the number provided in your welcome message. I will come and collect you.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
• 24+ hours' notice = No fee.
• Less than 24 hours = 50% of booked service/s.
• No-show = 100% of booked service/s.
• 3 no-shows = Future bookings will no longer be accepted.
• Outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking.

RUNNING LATE
• Please arrive on time.
• 10+ minutes late = Appointment cancelled + 100% service fee payable.

DEPOSITS
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred with 24+ hours' notice.
• Less than 24 hours/no-show = Deposit may be forfeited.

BEFORE BROW SERVICES
Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, allergies or skin sensitivities.
— 7 DAYS BEFORE
• Stop retinol/retinoids, AHAs, BHAs + exfoliating/resurfacing skincare.
• Includes tretinoin, glycolic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide + home exfoliants.
• No peels, exfoliation or facial resurfacing treatments.
• No sunburn or significant sun exposure.
— 72 HOURS BEFORE
• No fake tan on/around brows.
— 2 WEEKS BEFORE
• No laser or microneedling in the treatment area.
— 6 WEEKS BEFORE
• No brow tattooing.
• No cosmetic injectables around the treatment area.

PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU HAVE
• Broken, irritated, infected or inflamed skin.
• Active psoriasis, eczema or dermatitis in the treatment area.
Skin must be fully healed before treatment.

BEFORE A LASH LIFT
— 48 HOURS BEFORE
• Stop using lash growth serum.
— PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU HAVE
• Conjunctivitis.
• Styes.
• Eye infection.
• Significant irritation or inflammation.
— OTHER
• Remove contact lenses before treatment.
• Eyeliner tattoo = Wait 6 weeks + until fully healed.
• Eye surgery/procedure = Consult with your medical professional.
AJ Brow Studio may decline, modify or stop a service if it is unsafe or unsuitable to proceed. Fees may apply where pre-care was not followed or relevant information was not disclosed.

CLIENT CONDUCT
• Abusive, threatening, inappropriate or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Services may be stopped + future bookings refused.

AFTERCARE
— FIRST 24 HOURS
• Keep brows dry + avoId steam, saunas + swimming.
• No fake tan or fragranced products on waxed areas.
— FIRST 48 HOURS
• Avoid active skincare/treatments in the area.
• Allow 48 hours for initial brow tint intensity to settle.
— FIRST 72 HOURS
• Avoid makeup directly on brows/lashes.
• Keep self-tan off the brow area. Ask us about spray-tan shields if needed.
— ONGOING
• Apply recommended aftercare balm/gel daily.
• Brush brows + lashes daily, especially after showering + sleep.
• Avoid rubbing, scrubbing or sleeping directly on brows/lashes.
• Wear SPF over waxed areas + avoid excessive sun.
• Wait 6–8 weeks between brow laminations/lash lifts.

RESULTS + AFTERCARE
• Results + longevity vary and cannot be guaranteed.
• Skin, hair, previous treatments, lifestyle + aftercare can affect results.
• Incorrect pre-care, aftercare or undisclosed information may affect your results.

THE 80:20 RULE
20% = Your in-studio service.
80% = How you care for your results at home.
